And all this from the best ingredients, such as lactose free low-fat milk from small farmers in Bavaria and Austria, as well as oats, corn, rice and sunflower oil.

HOW DOES THE YFOOD SUBSCRIPTION WORK?

Many of our customers have integrated YFood into their everyday lives and regularly use it to eat a balanced diet.

With the YFood subscription, you can set your YFood delivery to autopilot and also save 20%. You are of course free to choose the quantity and the delivery frequency. And of course, you're free to cancel your subscription or pause it for a while.

ARE THE YFOOD BOTTLES RECYCLABLE?

Absolutely. Our bottles are 100% recyclable and already consist of at least 30% recycled plastic. Is that perfect? Certainly not.

For shelf life reasons, we rely on light- and oxygen-proof packaging, because otherwise the nutrients would be lost and our drinks would no longer be a balanced meal.

Believe us, we looked at all the materials, but currently, plastic is unfortunately the best solution. However, we are not satisfied with this. Every day, our innovation team is working hard to find a fully sustainable solution for our packaging.

CAN YFOOD HELP ME LOSE OR GAIN WEIGHT?

YFood offers you a balanced meal that satisfies your hunger and provides you with energy for hours. With YFood Ready-to-Drink Meals it is easy to count calories, because all products always contain the same nutritional values.
