These Terms and Conditions of Entry relate to the competition from yfood Labs GmbH, Landwehrstraße 60–62, 80336 Munich (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser"). Entry into the competition is based exclusively on these Terms and Conditions. The competition is not affiliated in any way with Meta and is not organised or endorsed by Meta in any way. 

The competition will run from 28 of March to 11 of April 2023. Within this period, users will have the opportunity to enter the competition.

and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. It is only possible to enter the competition within the entry period. After the closing date for entry, no further follows will be evaluated. In order to enter the competition, the person in question must follow the yfood Instagram account.  It is strictly forbidden to use multiple accounts to increase one's chances of winning.

There is no fee for entering the competition.

Those eligible to enter the competition are natural persons who are resident in one of the countries listed on the website, who qualify for shipping and who have reached the age of 18. Entry is not limited to the Organiser's customers and does not depend on the purchase of any goods or services.  

If entrants are restricted in their legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required.   

All persons involved in the design and implementation of the competition and all the Organiser’s employees, as well as their family members, are not eligible to enter the competition. In addition, the Organiser reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude people from entering if there are legitimate reasons, for example: 

(a) in the event of tampering in connection with access to or implementation of the competition, (b) in the event of violations of these Terms and Conditions of Entry, (c) in the event of dishonest or unfair conduct or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with entering the competition. 

The prize draw includes two yfood packages, each worth a maximum of 100£. The winners will be determined by Michael Terry (@the_otherstuff on Instagram) among all entrants after the closing date for entry. The winners will be informed promptly by Michael Terry via private message. Each winner must respond within 1 week. If a winner does not get in touch within this period, the prize may be transferred by the Organiser to another participant. The prize will be posted only to the winner or the legal representative of the winner at the Organiser's expense. Exchanges, collection in person and cash equivalents are not possible. The costs associated with claiming the prize (travel, etc.) shall be borne by the winner. 

The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or end the competition at any time without notice and without stating a reason. The Organiser will make particular use of this option when, for technical reasons (e.g., viruses in the computer system, tampering with or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, it is not possible to guarantee that the competition can be conducted in a proper manner. If such termination of the competition is caused by the conduct of a participant, the Organiser may demand this person pay compensation for the damage that has been caused.

Personal data must be provided in order to enter the competition. Entrants must give their assurance that the personal details they provide – in particular, their first name, surname, address and email address – are true and correct. The Organiser declares that no personal details of entrants will be passed on to third parties or surrendered to them for their use. All email addresses, as well as the details that the entrants voluntarily provide, are recorded and stored exclusively for the purpose of determining the winner. All data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the competition. Entrants are entitled to the statutory rights of information, amendment and revocation. Entrants are free to have their registration data deleted at any time by sending a cancellation email to info@yfood.eu, thereby withdrawing their entry. 

Any claims for possible material defects and/or defects of title in the prizes donated by the prize sponsors may only be asserted against the latter. The Organiser shall not be liable for the insolvency of any prize sponsor or for the consequences this has for the implementation of the competition. 

The competition is conducted by yfood Lab GmbH. If you have any questions or complaints, please contact info@yfood.eu The Organiser's competition is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any legal recourse is excluded.

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Entry be or become invalid, in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the rest of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Good luck from the yfood team! We hope you're successful!
